At Wattle & Co. we believe the devil is in the detail and all of our designs are hand crafted to ensure they feel perfect when worn. We are constantly refining our skills to provide the highest quality possible, we honestly love every set we create and we want you to fall in love with yours. All our earrings are a slow labour of love, often taking days to create and always created by hand. They are incredibly lightweight and finished with the highest quality posts and hoops we can source. We double reinforce our clay earring backs to ensure durability and provided added reassurance that your earrings will last a lifetime. We love what we do and our hope is that you will love each set you purchase just as much x  

 

 

 

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

Choose LOCAL PICKUP for free local pickup in Charters Towers 
All parcels are sent via Australia Post, with tracking.
 
EXPRESS SHIPPING: 
FLAT RATE $11.00
All express orders are dispatched within 1-3 business day of being received by us. 
For deliveries with multiple items, if one of the items is on backorder, the full contents of the order will not be dispatched until all items are in stock. If you would like your items to be shipped as they are available, please reach out to us via email. 


STANDARD INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
FLAT RATE: $28.00
To the USA/Canada can take anywhere from 6-12 business days. Other countries, 8-15 business days.   
CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES:
All customers are responsible for imports duties & taxes in their country of delivery. We are required to declare the full value of the item/s on shipment labels and must include an invoice for customs.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.
 
If your parcel has been lost in transit you can contact Australia post on 13 76 78.


SHIPPING: All orders typically ship 1-3 business days of being received (depending on the volume of orders we are receiving at the time). During busy periods/launch of new collections it can take up to 5 business days. For any orders with pre-ordered items or custom made requests, the full contents of the order will not be shipped until the pre-ordered item is in stock and ready to be shipped. If you would like the in stock item/s sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.  
 
CHANGES TO ORDERS:
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been placed. Please ensure all details on your order are correct before placing your order, in particular we recommend double checking your email address and shipping address. If you require a refund for double shipping please email us with your details and order numbers and we will refund the consecutive amounts.   
 
RETURNS:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Wattle & Co. experience, therefore we offer returns for full priced items in brand new condition, for 14 days from the date of dispatch.

Items must be returned in original, unworn/unused condition and with earring card attached. Please ensure your FULL NAME and ORDER NUMBER are marked clearly on the sender details of the package. Failure to provide these details may result in the item being returned to sender.

Do to the nature of custom pieces these are not returnable. We will do our very best to work through options. Please email us: hello@wattleco.com.au to arrange a return. 

Returns received by Wattle & Co. outside of the 14 day period will not be accepted and the item/s will be returned to the customer.  
 
Refunds are issued within 2 business days of goods being received by us. 
Please note: The items are the customer's responsibility during their journey back to us, so please ensure you have tracking details. Any items returned to us are at the customer's expense. 

PACKAGING:
All orders are packaged to ensure safe travels to you. Earrings are always fixed to an earring card and carefully boxed and safely wrapped to ensure minimal movement during transit.


LOCAL PICKUP:
If you are local to Charters Towers and would like to pick up your earrings from our studio or our local stockist “Flowers in the Towers” rather than have your order shipped, please leave us a note in checkout and choose "LOCAL PICKUP" in the delivery method. We will then send you an email to schedule a time for your pick up.

SALE + SAMPLES/SECONDS items
Occasionally we offer sale and/or samples/seconds sales. These are FINAL, and aren't eligible for returns/exchanges. Please note, that any pieces listed in the SAMPLE/SECONDS category have only minor flaws. 


EXCHANGE:
We do not facilitate exchanges. 


MULTIPLE ORDERS:
If you place multiple orders please email Linda with your order numbers at hello@wattleco.com.au and refunds on consecutive postage values can be refunded back to you.
